Modified Torque Convertors

Changing your torque convertor in a standard vehicle can improve your take-off, improved acceleration and all-round top end performance.

In the case of a modified engine, we can build a torque convertor to suit your vehicle. All we require is your camshaft diff specifications and wheelsize.

Turbo chargers come in where you want with a modified torque convertor.

Typical internals of 4-speed lockup convertor clutch plates are replaced with Kevlar or a carbon reline bonding.

4x4 torque convertors are modified opposite to high stalls. Here we remove some of the slippage and replace it with positive power from a lower rev range. This stops the vehicle gaining speed down a steep incline and pulls from approximately 800 revs.
